Worth noting that a member of staff can organise your exit from the attraction, (but no re-entry), if you find it’s not for you.

Questions and Comments

My daughter in law is bringing up 2 children under 5 and 2 young teenage children they are coming to stay in Warwick.
She is finding life a struggle with finances, and I was hoping you might have tickets for poorer families.
Could you give me advice on the best possible deal for her.
Hi Jan, Warwick doesn’t provide a specific discounts for low income families, (we are seeing this at visitor attractions such as London Zoo, Eden Project & Kew Gardens) but there are promotions your daughter can take advantage of such as Kellogg’s 2 for 1 vouchers. Alternatively she could try to get hold of last months Gardeners’ World Magazine that included a 2 for 1 discount card that includes Warwick Castle. I’m think you daughter is probably coming up for half term otherwise there is a currently a midweek ticket offer running until 12 October. If you have clubcard vouchers, you could redeem these, in advance, to put towards entry charges. Worth noting that an entry ticket, without access to the Dungeons, is a cheaper option too & there are good online discounts if you book in advance. Hope that helps, Liz
Very helpful and easy to understand. Thankyou!
Thanks for the feedback Anne, much appreciated. Glad to hear you’ve found our Warwick Castle deals and cheap ticket offers useful, all the best, Liz
Hi can the 2 for 1 vouchers be used for the Christmas entry to the castle please?
Unfortunately 2 for 1 vouchers cannot be used for special events at Warwick Castle, Liz
Good day. Do you give discounts to Veterans or Blue Light members and their families?
Hi Andy, there is a deal for Blue Light card holders for Warwick Castle. Simply login to the Blue Light Card account and you will be able to see the offer available. Discounts for veterans I’m not sure sure so best checking this directly with Warwick Castle or a Veteran’s society. Liz
I have a merlin code to get a 2 for 1 ticket, but this only allows me to book two adults for the price of one. It does not let you select the free UNDER 3 ticket, I cannot see anyway to book this as on the main website it says under 3 tickets must be purchased with a full paying adult.
In a nutshell you cannot select a third ticket even though it should be free!
Hi Darren, this is something that has been raised before regarding the difficulty of redeeming a 2 for 1 vouchers and combining with an under 3’s tickets. Warwick Castle makes it clear that all tickets must be pre-booked in advance, including children under 3, but then you come across this difficulty when redeeming your voucher. I’m assuming you are using a Kellogg’s 2 for 1 voucher? If this is the case then you can contact the promoters directly over at Kellogg’s Careline on 0800 626066 and hopefully they will be able to help, Liz
Hi Darren, I have queried this with Warwick Castle and they have suggested that you should be able to add an Under 3’s ticket to your cart before the checkout but after you have selected the 2 for 1 tickets you require. If the option still is not appearing, then you can contact customer services at Warwick Castle with the date of your visit and they can pre-book your Under 3’s ticket for you, and send it over as an attached PDF file, hope that helps, Liz
Hi.
Do your offer free or discounted pass for carers.
Hi Jeremy, Warwick Castle do offer free entrance to carers if you can provide any of the following paperwork when you pick up your tickets on the day;
1. Disability Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance award letter (dated within the last 12 months).
2. Personal Independence Payment letter (dated within the last 12 months).
3. A current and valid Blue Badge.
4. Letter from a GP or consultant (dated within the last 12 months) confirming the need for a full time carer. This does not need to be a letter of diagnosis.
Remember that all tickets must be pre-booked in advance, including Carer’s tickets.
Do english heritage members get a deal on overnight stays. Woodland lodge.
Hi Peter, my understanding is that English Heritage members can gain discounts on day tickets rather than overnight accommodation. However, might be worth double checking directly with Warwick Castle – we at Topdogdays at independent of all visitor attractions, Liz
Hi
I need tickets for 2 adults and a toddler , for entry to the castle sat n sun 18th/19 th dec .. but we would like to book for Santa and the light trail too 🙈… do we have to book all individually , or is there a package please ? We had considered accommodation that offers free entry for 2 adults n child , but didn’t know if it was more or less the same price n easy to book the lot with yourselves in one go ? Help coz it all looks a bit complicated … thank you
Hi Chrissie, the Warwick Castle & Santa ticket gains you access to the grounds, castle and gardens plus stories with Santa but does not include secondary attractions such as The Light Trail, Castle Dungeon, Ice Skating or parking. As you progress through your booking with Warwick Castle, you will have options to include the light trail as part of your visit at an additional charge. There are reduced charges in place for under 3’s that might be of use to you, Liz
Hiya, I want to take my boyfriend on a surprise trip for Warwick Castle. I do have an adults go free voucher from Kelloggs cereal. But what deal is the best offer, as I’ve seenif you pre-book there are offers on too.Thanks.
The best Warwick Castle ticket price tends to be the 2 for 1 voucher offer as this effectively offers you both a half price ticket. This voucher can only be used on the day against full price tickets and not in conjunction with online ticket offers. It doesn’t include entry to the Castle Dungeons but you can pay for entry to this on the day if this is something you want to include in your day, (best to book early on your day at the castle to ensure availability). There are discounts on online tickets of up to 30% if you book online in advance and these do come with a rainy day guarantee, (a free return visit if the weather turns sour on you – check t&c’s for further details) and does mean you don’t have to queue for tickets at the ticket booths. You can add castle dungeons entry to your ticket too. However online savings don’t necessarily offer you the best savings.
have cadburys free ticket voucher with one paying adult price available until 32.07.2018 Does this include a visit to Warwick castle and are there any dates not included in offer thankyou
Do you have any more details of the Cadburys/Warwick Castle free ticket voucher as this isn’t something we have come across??
Do you have 241 tickets to Warwick castle?
Hi Sandra, try the Kellogg’s 2 for 1 vouchers on cereal bars & cereals that are valid at Warwick Castle during 2017. Whilst they only offer access to the castle & grounds, (not the Castle Dungeon) it does offer value for money for a day out at Warwick Castle, Liz
Cadburys are also doing a 2for1 offer.
Thanks Rob – chocolate & a 2 for 1 voucher for Warwick Castle, what a great combination!
Hi came for a visit on the 20/4/2016 haveing put your postcode in my sat nav it guided me to you car park to witch I paid £10 I found out later there was a another car park witch was £6 was not very happy about this there was no signage to tell us about this
Hi Gary, whilst we are independent of Warwick Castle, (topdogdays simply provides information to help you enjoy a day out), I am sorry to hear that you parked up in the more expensive car park. I have to say Warwick Castle is not the easiest place to find with a sat nav and I’ve certainly struggled to find the standard parking on previous trips too, Liz
Hello
Can’t find the 2 for 1 voucher for Warwick Castle. Can you send the link please?
Michael
Hi Michael, I don’t have a link for an online voucher for Warwick Castle but you can easily pick one up on promotional packets of Kellogg’s cereals. Each voucher offers 1 free entry when accompanied by a full price adult/child so ensure you collect enough vouchers to cover your party. Hope that helps, Liz
What a helpful item.thanks.
Hi Frank, thanks for taking the time to leave a comment. Always good to know that the Warwick Castle information was helpful. You’ve just made my day!
Hi there,
I am coming to Warwick Castle with my friends this Saturday, which is 5/12/2015. I heard about that we could use our train tickets to buy 2-for-1 ticket. Is it true? Do I have to bring anything else except the train ticket? Thank you
Hi, yes you can use the 2 for 1 voucher from daysoutguide at Warwick Castle. Simply download the voucher and present with valid train tickets on the day of your visit, (the voucher is valid until 31 December). One voucher can be used per person & per transaction. This voucher can only be used against full on the gate price tickets purchased on the day at Warwick Castle and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or online discount. If purchasing a return train ticket, ensure you keep both train tickets to present at the ticket booths.
Hi, we are planning a visit on Halloween, 31/10/14. Don’t yet have any 2-for-1 vouchers which we use, any idea who is doing them at the mo? (Kellogs/newspapers..?)
Also can you pay for the full price ticket with your nectar card?
Hi Kes, the Kelloggs Grown Ups Go Free vouchers are valid at Warwick Castle on 31 October and are readily available in the shops. All 2 for 1 vouchers for Warwick Castle offer you 1 free standard entry to the Castle & the grounds, (when accompanied by a full paying person) but does not include entry to the Dungeons & Tower – you will need to pay an additional fee for each of these attractions. Alternatively, I see that Warwick Castle are also offering a discounted late night entry ticket too from 5pm.
Hi, I note that a promotion ran for £1 entry for children with waist length hair, (read in your email above) can you tell me is this likely to run in September this year? I have two sun tickets and would llike to take 2 of my daughters friends who just happen to have waist length hair.
Hi Bernie, this was a great deal when it ran quite some time ago now & unfortunately this is not one that Warwick Castle have run again since:(
Hi does anyone know if you can use 2 for 1 tickets at warwick castle for tickets including the castle dungeon or can it only be used for castle entry. I’m trying to work out if it is cheaper to use the vouchers or book a week in advance for 5 .
Many thanks Linda
Hi Linda, unfortunately 2 for 1 vouchers for Warwick Castle will only gain you the standard entry to the setting so you will need to pay the additional charge for the castle dungeons.
