Questions and Comments

Hi , is there any discount for membership renewal this year as last year we had 15 per cent off
Hi John, Trentham Garden’s website suggest you will be contacted approximately 7 days before your membership expiry date so worth keeping an eye out for any renewal offers. I can see new members can take advantage of discounts on membership if they auto-renew so worth checking if there is something similar for loyal customers? Liz
How do I change my tesco vouchers for entry to Trentham Gardens
Hi Brian, you’ll need to go on the clubcard website to exchange points for reward code. If you don’t have enough points to cover the full entrance fee, you can top up with another payment method. You can then take your reward codes to Trentham to exchange for entrance, Liz
I have a blue badge can I get free entry for 1???
Hi Pam, Trentham gardens state that an adult visitor with proof of disability may admit 1 accompanying companion, hope that helps, Liz.
Please can you advise me how much it will cost for one over 60 yr old person and one adult to access trentham gardens on Saturday 27th April please?
Thank you.
Hi Carol, I can see on Trentham Garden’s website that they are currently charging standard admission for 1 adult at £13pp and those 60 years and over will be £11.50pp, hope that helps, Liz
2for1 especially for seniors would be very welcome
Hi Linda, Trentham Gardens do offer a discounted seniors rate for those 60 years or over that might be worth considering, (currently priced at £11.50pp). There are also further senior discounts for those purchasing membership too, (double deals if you sign up by annual direct debit), Liz
My family would all like to meet up at trentam gardens for the jubilee. Would we be able to bring our family dogs as it a long way for me and I can’t leave them all day.
Hi Judi, dogs are welcome at Trentham Gardens under the following guidelines;
1. Keep it clean: clean up after your dog to keep the wildlife safe and Trentham clean.
2. Take the lead: Keep your dog on a short lead at all times, you can only take dogs off leads in the area, located on the walk up towards North Park on the Estate.
3. Keep them with you: keep dogs out of the children’s Play Area and Barefoot Walk
4. Keep dogs to the paths: many of their planted areas, lakeside margins, woodland, and heaths are home to rare, endangered mammals and birds, please keep your dog on main pathways and lawns.
Why does the black friday promotion code of 40% not work
Hi Gwyneth, it might be that any black Friday offer promotion is time limited but perhaps best to check directly with Trentham Gardens, (we at Topdogdays are independent of all visitor attractions & promotions), Liz
Hi
Just wondering if you are allowing people to use there Tesco vouchers for a one day pass as we have relations coming down from Linchester and Kent. To meet me, my sister and her three children. I’ve just checked the prices for entry and it’s going to cost more then we thought. As it’s going to be in December very close to Christmas and money is very tight
Using the Tesco vouchers would be very helpful to us both. And if so how much would a £10 voucher be worth.
Also how many days before the visit would we need to use the Tesco vouchers
Hi, Tesco clubcard vouchers can be used at Trentham Gardens to purchase either day tickets or memberships. For £10 in Tesco clubcard reward vouchers would secure you £30 off your Trentham Gardens tickets. Day ticket prices are £12.50 for adults, £11.00 for seniors, students and disabled persons (free accompanying carer) and £9.00 for children (5-15yrs). Unfortunately you cannot use Tesco clubcard vouchers for special events such as the Christmas at Trentham events running over the festive period and they can only be used to purchase general day tickets and memberships for the estate, hope that helps, Liz
If booking tickets for Gandeys Circus do you also have to buy entrance to the gardens
Hi Enid, my understanding is that Gandeys Circus is located within Trentham Shopping Village so tickets purchased will not include entrance to the gardens, Liz
How do I gift a family membership for my daughter, partner and their family? I want to DD it.
Hi Jeannie, it looks like you can purchase gift vouchers that can be used against day tickets or annual membership but I’m not sure if you can purchase a gift membership by direct debit. You may need to contact Trentham Gardens direct for further clarification, Liz
Some excellent ideas as I want to take my grandchildren out.
Thanks Ann, that’s good to hear. I have not seen anything yet about the late entry ticket for Trentham Gardens this summer but will update if this changes, Liz
Hello. Do you have to have the dog membership and not just the adult membership to bring a dog with you?. Thank you
Hi Michelle, my understanding is there are no additional charges for do to be admitted into Trentham Gardens, (exclusions on specific event days and evenings). On the Trentham Estate site it states that ‘Can all visitors, dog walkers and families, please ensure all dogs are kept on a tight lead, no drinking of the Lakeside water, no paddling or fishing or watersports. We currently have an outbreak of two types of Blue Green algae in the lake which is toxic to dogs and people.’
Hello thank you for your response regarding blue light card at Trentham Gardens.
I would like to mention now it would be wise of Trentham Garden staff to be informed correctly as we asked another member of staff and yes they took off the discount.
Very misleading to say the least and I wonder how many more Blue Light card holders have been told the same.
Thanks Carol, I think you were perhaps fortunate as,following your initial feedback, I checked the blue light site which no longer carries any discount for Trentham Gardens for Blue Light cardholders, Liz
Hi just to let you know Trentham Gardens do not accept Blue Light Card.
We have come today 21/09/21 for my Birthday and they refused my Blue light card
Hi Carol, sorry to hear that the blue light card discount offer is no longer running at Trentham Gardens, we’ll update our page to inform other readers, Liz
Is the Tesco 3 for 1 Voucher scheme still going to be accepted for annual membership renewals.
Hi Brian, at present Trentham Gardens are only accepting Tesco clubcard vouchers against annual tickets, (currently not against day tickets) and all visits must be pre-booked in advance, hope that helps, Liz
Have you considered offering veterans the Defence Discount ?
Hi Thonas, nice idea as we’re starting to see more visitor attractions starting to offer free or discounted entry for the Armed Forces and veterans such as Drayton Manor theme park. We at topdogdays are independent of Trentham Gardens so unfortunately do not have any influence over concessions at Trenthan Garden, Liz
Since changing my card at the new Bridgemere centre., I have received no emails from you. Is this intentional, does no one get emails any longer?
Hi Yvonne, we at Topdogdays are independent of all visitor attractions so it might be worth contacting Trentham Garden Centre directly to see if your email preferences have been updated since changing your card. All the best, Liz
was unable to book a 2 for 1 offer for trentham gardens although nearly every 2 for 1 offer on the web sends you here

There is also another 2 for 1 voucher for Trentham Gardens available from Visit Cheshire that is valid on select dates until 30 November 2016.
