Afflecks
Cheap ticket offers and more
No visit to Manchester is complete without a trawl around Afflecks. Where else can you shop for roller-boots, pick up a tattoo & choose a top hat; all in one place. This hip & trendy indoor market is located in Manchester’s Northern Quarter that is well worth a visit. Whether you want to simply drink in the atmosphere or shop to your hearts content, Afflecks should be on your itinerary.
Afflecks
Only a 5 minute walk from Arndale, Manchester’s main shopping mall, a visit to Afflecks offers you a very different shopping experience. Affleck & Brown was originally a drapery business dating back to 1860’s. Whilst times have moved on, the building continues to thrive as a hub for inspiring entrepreneurs to display their creations.

Afflecks
Afflecks, or Afflecks Palace as it was originally known, first opened its doors back in 1981. Ever since, it has been a popular destination for those looking for something out of the ordinary. Whilst some of us, (ahem), might associate Afflecks with the golden Manchester scene that was the Happy Mondays or the Stone Roses, this fashion hub has managed to retain its influence and reputation among the young & trendy.
The warehouse-style building lends itself well to an alternative shopping experience. With its myriad of passage ways, stairwells and corridors, it takes you on a journey into fashion & design with every turn. No two pitches are the same where vintage stalls can as easily be standing alongside a roller-boot retailer, a record store or a gothic outfitters unit. The only thing to expect at Afflecks is the unexpected.
