Timed Ticket Sessions; online tickets come with timed ticketed entry where the time on your ticket is the time you are allowed to enter the building & queue. Anticipate queue times at busy times of the year. Tickets purchased online also come with savings off standard price entry with more information available over at SEA LIFE London Tickets from £28pp.
Reschedule For Free; not many people realise that if you purchase tickets online, you can reschedule your tickets for free should you plans change. This perk is available up to 1 hour before your original visit.
Bottle Neck; often the biggest bottle neck is as you arrive to access the attraction. During peak times, queues can snake around the attraction as limits are placed on the number of visitors at any one time. Security checks are now in place as you arrive at the attraction and can cause a pinch point as you enter at busy times of the year.
Entry Points; it’s simple advice, but worth ensuring you’re in the correct queue as you access the attraction. There are two separate entry points into the attraction; one for those purchasing tickets on the day & the other for those with pre-purchased tickets.
Plan Your Visit; for those planning to visit during peak times, such as weekends & school holidays, best to arrive before 11am or after 4.30pm to avoid the longest queues. Hours of opening change through the season so worth understanding opening times on the day of your visit and ensure you are standing in line way before that.

SEA LIFE London Aquarium; Money Saving Guide
Navigation; during quieter times, you can move back and forth around the setting to enjoy your favourite sections on more than one occasion. On busier days, it’s a one way system with little opportunity to move back & forth at your leisure so worth ensuring you’ve enjoyed each area before moving on.
Dual Lane Pathway; whilst navigating around particularly busy spots such as the Ocean Tunnel & the Rockpool Discovery, the path opens up into 2 lanes to offer a faster access route. Those that take the right hand lane can bypass these sticking points but remember there is no stopping in this lane. For those looking to stop & enjoy, opt for the left hand side lane.
Picnics; unfortunately picnics are not permitted at SEA LIFE London as space is limited although there are a small drink/snack kiosk near the end of the attraction.
Drinks; the good news is that you can take in bottles of water into the attraction that can be useful as it can get quite warm as you make your way around the setting.
Clothing; worth wearing light clothing once inside the aquarium as the temperature can become uncomfortable in bulky gear.
Luggage; there is a left luggage service available within the London Eye ticket office, (charges in place). Backpacks up to a 10 litre capacity & day packs up to 30 litres can be taken into the attraction. More information available over at Left Luggage at London Eye.
Pushchairs; you can bring buggies into the attraction or take advantage of a free buggy park during peak times.
