Thorpe Park; FREE Drop Off/Collection Point

To bypass costly Thorpe Park Parking Fees make use of the extensive drop off/collection area that remains FREE of charge.

As you drive into Thorpe Park, keep in the right hand lane and you’ll immediately see signs for ‘Drop & Collect’ that directs you into the extensive drop off/collection zone.  All other vehicles turn left towards the main car park but you’ll veer off to the right towards a barriered entrance marked ‘drop off.’  There is ample space & time to drop off/collect close to the main Thorpe Park entrance before allowing you to make use of separate exits to avoid the parking charge barriers.

For those not looking to stay at the park, this offers you a quick entry/exit point. Whilst this means you won’t have to pay for parking, there are now time limits in place, (more details below).  Ideally, the drop off point is located close to the main theme park entrance, allowing guests to walk straight into the park.

Thorpe Park Drop Off/Collection Charges, (after 30 minutes)

Worth noting that you are now limited to 30 minutes in the drop & collect area so this option works best for those that can be efficient in their timings.  Those exceeding this limits will now have to pay charges at the barrier on exit currently set around;

• Up to 2 hours; £3 a vehicle
• Up to 4 hours; £10 a vehicle
• Over 4 hours; £15 a vehicle

This pricing structure encourages visitors to be diligent with their timings when arranging collection to avoid charges. The good news is that, as this drop off/collection parking area is directly in front of the main entrance, you’ll be able to make a swifter exit from the park at the end of the day.
