Once you’ve pick up tickets LEGOLAND®Windsor, then it’s time to turn to your head to practical matters such as how to get ahead of the queues.  Previously, Reserve & Ride was the method to buy your way out of the queues. This has since been replaced with a NEW Fastrack system that continues to offer a range of options to match both your needs & your purse.

LEGOLAND Windsor; Early Park Access

For those interested in keeping their queue times down, selected Resort guests can pick up Early Park Access that offers you access to designated rides before the park opens to the public.  This exclusive perk is only available to guests staying at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort Hotel or Castle Hotel and offers entry to the park from 9,30am.  Early Park Access offers another string to your bow when considering how to reduce your wait times at the park.

LEGOLAND^® Windsor; Reserve & Ride, (no longer in operation)

This additional cost service can either be pre-booked in advance or on the day, (subject to availability), & can be particularly beneficial to pack more into your day on busy days at the park. Reserve & Ride packages vary from One Shots giving you near instant access to a single ride through to Reserve & Ride Express that offers minimal waiting times to 22 rides at the park. For those looking to pack more into their day, then Reserve & Ride can offer you a method to buy your way out of the queues at LEGOLAND Windsor. In addition to entrance charges, Reserve & Ride can be pre-booked in advance or on the day, (subject to availability). Worth noting that Reserve & Ride can sell out quickly for popular days at the park, so for those that want to guarantee access, then consider booking in advance. There are 5 types of Reserve & Ride available;

1. Reserve & Ride One Shots; to a selected ride of your choice & are on available on the day.  Eligible across a number of rides, One Shot prices vary depending upon the time of the year and ride selected, (from 6pp).  We’ve gone into more detail on how this works further below as it can be a great way to circumnavigate the queues for the most popular rides without investing heavily in a package.

2. Reserve & Ride Regular; allows you to electronically reserve one ride at a time where the reserved ride time reflects the actual length of the queue.  This allows you to avoid standing in line for busy rides so you can fit more into your day at the park, (from £19pp).

3. Reserve & Ride Express; reduces you queue times by half where your reserved ride no longer reflects the actual length of the queue but rather reduces your wait times by 50%.  The advantage with the Express is you’ll get more rides done in a day but you’ll pay more for the privilege, (from £39pp).

4. Reserve & Ride Ultimate; gives you minimal waiting time over all the eligible rides at the park regardless of queue times.  This ensures you will enjoy all the rides at the park in one day but it comes at a greater cost. There are some additional rides included within this ultimate package that includes Coastguard HQ, Destiny’s Bounty, Fire & Ice Freefall, (from £59pp).

5. Reserve & Ride One Shot Bundle; offers near instant access to four eligible rides at the park.  You can either choose Sky Lion or Coastguard HQ but excludes Fire & Ice Challenge, Destiny’s Bounty & Minifigure Speedway and use of a mobile phone is required for the One Shots.  They are single use and are subject to availability, (from £34pp).

LEGOLAND Windsor Reserve & Ride One Shots, (no longer in operation)

A Reserve & Ride One Shot offers you near instant access for a particular ride and is only available on the day.  This can be a great way to circumnavigate queues at popular attractions such as Minifigure Speedway,  Flight of the Sky Lion or The Dragon that then allows you to concentrate on the other rides attractions at the park. One Shots are available across a number of rides where prices vary depending upon the time of the year and ride selected. One Shots can be purchased via the LEGOLAND Windsor App or the Reserve & Ride sales units at the park but are subject to availability.  Worth noting that One Shots can sell out quickly on busy days at the park.

1. You can pre-book Reserve & Ride in advance alongside your theme park tickets.  Simply add the selected Reserve & Ride package as you make your way through the transaction process.

2. You can purchase Reserve & Ride packages from the LEGOLAND Windsor App.  One Shots can also be purchased via the App on the day.

3. For those who have already sourced theme park tickets, you can pre-book Reserve & Ride as a separate transaction either online or via the APP.

4. On the day at the Reserve & Ride sales units are located within The Beginning, (next to Guest Services) or within Heartlake City, (subject to availability).

1. Use your Reserve & Ride Regular/Express for rides with long wait times & actually physically stand in line for those rides with shorter waiting times.

2. Worth pre-booking your Reserve & Ride as they can sell out on busy days at the park.

3. Look out for any passholders discounts currently running on the day of your visit.

4. Some rides and attractions are not included within your Reserve & Ride Regular or Express. Should you wish to bolt-on these rides, there is an additional charge to pay.

5. Look out for Reserve & Ride One Shots that offers you a single use near instant access to a particular ride. This can be a great way to circumnavigate queues at popular rides such as The Dragon or Laser Raiders that then frees you up to concentrate on the other main attractions at the park.
