Shrek’s Adventure; About Your Visit
What’s Included; a 60 minute one-way tour experience that includes 6 interactive live shows, a 4D cinema experience, a mirror maze plus meet & greet opportunities. There is a small interactive area following the tour with no time constraints.
Group Sizes; up to 40 people per group where children are encouraged to take the front row. Plenty of interactive experiences with live actors as you move through your journey.
One Way Journey; you’ll be guided through your journey by Shrek-themed actors in this walk-through immersive experience.
Young Children; this attraction includes dark theming, loud noises & stories about outwitting villains so isn’t for young children that scare easily. Whilst there is no age limit in place, Shrek’s Adventure recommends it is best suited for children age 6-12 years. There are opportunities to exit early if you find this doesn’t work for your party for whatever reason.
Duration; each show lasts for around 6/7 minutes with your guided tour taking around 1 hour to complete plus a small interactive area at the end. There are no opportunities to repeat a live show or the 4D cinema experience.

Shrek’s Adventure; Photographs & Luggage
Posed Shots; there are professional photographers based at green-screen spots during your visit. Whilst you’ll have to wait in line whether you are looking to partake or not, you are under no obligation to pose or purchase.
Photos; there are very limited opportunities to take your own photographs. Once you start your tour, you are firmly told that photos or video are not permitted along your journey. Whilst everyone can meet Shrek at the end of your tour, only the professional photographers can snap away.
Professional Snaps; there are photo opportunities as you make your way along the tour that offers up a range of photographic souvenirs at the end of your visit. Look out for discounted packages for multiple purchases.
Security Checks; are now in place as you arrive at the attraction and can cause a pinch point as you enter the attraction at busy times of the year.
Buggy Park; pushchairs are not allowed around the attraction due to the limited space available. The buggy park can be found on the first floor where you can store your pushchair and 1 coat free of charge. Additional coats can also be stored at an additional charge. No other on-site storage facilities are available so best to keep your belongings to a minimum.
Luggage; there is a left luggage service available within the London Eye ticket office, (charges in place). Handbags and backpacks up to a 30litre capacity can be taken into the attraction.
