Single Rider Queues offer theme park guests a FREE method to bypass queues. By taking up available space within ride carriages, you can access selected rides via a separate entrance. Visitors can then potentially enjoy swifter access to some of the main rides at the park.  The advantage of the Single Rider Queue is the chance to enjoy quicker access to the rides. Whilst Thorpe Park stresses that shorter queue times are not guaranteed, our experience is that it does reduce wait times. However, the downside to consider, is that you won’t experience the thrill of the rides with friends & family.

Whilst Fastrack tickets can be a costly expense to bypass lengthy queues, the Single Rider Queue is free of charge. Thorpe Park Single Rider Queues; Which Attractions?

Single Rider Queues offer you a free method to get ahead of the queues but is limited to a number of rides at the park. It tends to be in place on rides where there is likely to be spare capacity within a ride carriage. The good news is that the Single Rider has been included with Hyperia, the latest thrill ride to hit the park.

Alongside Hyperia, we’ve seen the Single Rider queue in operation at SAW- The Ride, Samurai & The Walking Dead.  Simply ensure you enter the correct queue as you arrive and you’ll be ushered onto any available space within a carriage.  Seemingly the Single Rider Queue is particularly effective on The Walking Dead attraction as ride operators are keen to move unused space towards capacity so the queue can move quite fast. You can access the Single Rider Queue for each attraction as follows;

Hyperia; as you enter the ride, look above for signage marking out the ‘Fastrack & Single Rider’ queue. Simply wait in line until you are ushered onto the next available carriage.

The Walking Dead; as you enter the attraction, simply select the left hand lane marked ‘Single Rider.’

Samurai; ensure you select the correct line as you join the entrance to the Samaria ride signposted ‘Disabled and Single Rider Entrance.’

SAW – The Ride; take the separate entrance signposted ‘Single Riders’ as you access the entrance to the ride.
