Chessington World of Adventures; Parking Charges

Most guests driving to Chessington World of Adventures will now need to pay a parking charge as part of their day out.  Follow our guide below to parking at Chessington including current parking charges, information on how to purchase your car parking tickets plus a few methods to bypass these charges altogether!

Chessington; Parking Charges

Chessington World of Adventures currently charges £8 for standard car parking, (online discounts available if booked in advance).   Most theme park customers will be required to purchase a car parking ticket to exit from the barriers at the end of the day but there are a few ways to bypass these charges.  On select dates Express Parking is also available at £15 per car.

Chessington; How To Pay For Parking

1. Book Online, (with tickets); when purchasing theme park tickets online you have the option to include your car parking ticket within your transaction.

2. CAR PARKING TICKET ONLY; if you are not purchasing tickets online, you can still purchase a car parking ticket online and save yourself some time on the day.

3. Tickets Booths; as you enter/exit the park use the ticket booths to purchase your car parking ticket.

Chessington World of Adventures: FREE Parking

1. Chessington Resort; Free Parking

Extend your visit with an overnight stay at the on-site Chessington Hotels, (or a spot of Glamping), where resort guests can take advantage of FREE parking.  Short breaks also come with exclusive Early Ride Time at select accommodation, (Chessington Safari, Azteca Resort Hotels or Explorer Glamping Tents) plus deals on a second day at the park.  Promotions vary throughout the season.

ii. Premium Passholders; Free Parking

Premium, Gold & Platinum Passholders can pick up free parking to Chessington World of Adventures.  Simply scan the bar code of your pass through the parking machines as you leave.  Remember you all only need one Premium Passholder per vehicle, (during the summer season/other peak times, the premium passholder free parking will move to the Explorer car park at Chessington World of Adventures).

Express Parking at Chessington World of Adventures

Express parking is now available at Chessington World of Adventures and is located within the Lodge car park.  This offers a quicker entry/departure to & from the resort with parking located close to the main entrance into the park.

Free Drop Off/Collection Point

If you can arrange for someone to drop off/collect from Chessington World of Adventures, you will avoid parking charges altogether.  The drop off/collection point is located close to the main Chessington entrance and is free of charge.
