Chessington World of Adventures; Parent Swap Pass
The Parent Swap Pass at Chessington World of Adventures is FREE of charge & offers adults visiting with young children a chance to experience the thrill rides without having to queue twice. This simple trick allows young families to get more from their day out by minimising their queues throughout the day.
Valid for those visiting with young children, the Parent Swap Pass allows parents/carers to enjoy the thrill rides without having to queue twice. Worth noting that the Parent Swap Pass cannot be booked in advance. It must be collected from the Information kiosk, (located close the The Mane Stage), on the day. Parents/carers will be issued with a Parent Swap Pass and advised which rides are participating in this scheme.
This is how it works in practice – Parent 1 will queue for the main thrill rides using the main queue line. As you reach the front of the queues, make staff aware that that you are a Parent Swap Passholder so your pass can be authorised. Parent 2 can then take the pass to the Fastrack queue entrance where they can show their pass to gain quick entry.
The Parent Swap Pass is available for most rides where height restrictions limited younger children being able to access selected rides.

1. The Parent Swap Pass; is FREE of charge and offers you a simple method to reduce your queue times.
2. Primarily for parents with young children; so they can take turns riding without having to queue twice on selected rides.
3. The Parent Swap Pass; is available from the Information kiosk on the day of your visit.
4. Lost Child Wristbands; pick up lost child wristbands from Guest Help Services at Chessington for those visiting with younger children.
4. Height Checking Service; unfortunately Chessington now longer offers a Height Checking Service.

Can a single parent use the parent swap card? I was planning on bringing my 3 kids and one is under 1.2 where as the others are over the 1.4 so would I be able to use the pass so the 2 older ones can ride the bigger rides whilst the younger child waits with their older sibling?

Hi Jolene, you can only pick a parent swap pass up on the day of your visit and cannot book in advance. Simply head over to Adventure Services, (guest services) in Market Square to pick up your pass.
