Alton Towers; Rainy Day Guarantee

It can be hard relying on the weather in the UK when planning a day out, so this Rainy Day Guarantee from Alton Towers can come in handy.  Offering a FREE return should the rain hamper your ride offering on the day helps hedge your bets against poor weather. To access this guarantee your theme park tickets must be booked directly with Alton Towers and a free return visit will be possible if the weather affects the ride offering on the day. If you are eligible, then you have a full 12 months in which to return, (excludes, weekend, school holidays or special events including Scarefest & Fireworks), simply book your return visit and bring your original day tickets with you on the day.

Please note that to be eligible for the Rainy Day Guarantee, you must have purchased your ticket on altontowers.com or altontowersholidays.com, for a specific dated “1 Day Pass” or “2 Day Pass” or hold a valid Merlin Magic Pass and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

We’re all for the deals but unfortunately this doesn’t go on forever, so you can’t apply for another free visit if your second trip also is marred by poor weather…that’s just unlucky!
