The Island Return Guarantee offers selected guests a free return visit should parkwide ride availability be disrupted by more than an hour, (continuously). This free return perk is only available to guests that have booked selected entry tickets online via Thorpe Park, (more details below) & includes instances, such as adverse weather, that potentially impacts ride availability.  Limited to selected dates at the park, your return visit must take place within the same theme park season & previously excluded Saturdays & selected Fright Nights dates.

If you think you’re in line for a free return visit, then hold onto your original theme park tickets as you will need these to evidence your claim.  Simply check online to see if your visit falls into the Return Guarantee scheme as Thorpe Park will update eligible dates each week. If the date of your visit is among those eligible for a return visit, simply pre-book another visit using the designated booking link.

On the day of your return visit, you’ll need to exchange your original ticket evidence at the Ticket Centre located outside the main entrance by the car park.  You’ll need to present ‘all original ticket evidence’ to ensure eligibility but beware that failure to provide this documentation may result in being charged full walk-up priced entry.

The Thorpe Park Island Return Guarantee is limited to guests that have booked selected entry tickets online via Thorpe Park so worth considering this perk when exploring ticket options. Whilst this can be a great option for those looking for a return visit, worth noting it does not include the following; car parking charges, accommodation costs, fastrack tickets, VIP experience tickers, Bounce-back options & Thorpe Park/Merlin Annual Passholders.

Any return visits linked to groups or school bookings must be rebooked together and can’t be re-validated individually.  Unfortunately all good things come to an end so, in the unlikely event of the rain spoiling your return visit, you cannot claim a further Return Guarantee, (but we like your thinking).
