Perhaps you can help as I have spend a lot of time getting nowhere trying to find the actual sight(s) where I can simply make applications for my wife and myself to enter the Ballots for the Shard and Downing Street.

Hi, do I need two valid train tickets for redeem the voucher or one train ticket is okay?
Hi, Open House London is running on 17 & 18 September 2016 and doesn’t require any train tickets to be purchased to access the the 800 or more historic houses, government buildings, museums & private homes open under this event. I’m not sure if you are perhaps referring to the 2 for 1 voucher valid at select attractions when you travel by train?
