This newspaper promotion offers you the chance to pick up 2 FREE tickets this popular family theme park in Surrey. Starting in The Sun on 22 April 2023, here’s an opportunity to enjoy complimentary tickets to LEGOLAND Windsor this season. Whilst with previous free ticket options in The Sun, you’ve had the option to apply via tokens, this time your only option is via the Sun Savers reward club. You will need to register for this reward scheme and then pick up The Sun each day to collect 9 unique number Sun Saver codes from a possible of 18 that will be printed. Running from Saturday 22 April through to Tuesday 9 May 2023, this offers you a chance to enjoy free entry to LEGOLAND Windsor this season.
Once you have entered or scanned your NINE unique Sun Saver codes to unlock your booking, you can pick the date you’d like to visit and complete your booking. Simply download your tickets in advance of your visit and present at the ticket kiosk on the day of your visit. Worth noting that tickets are limited, non-refundable & this deal works on a first-come-first-served basis.
Booking opens at 11am on Tuesday 2 May 2023 where you can select the date you wish to book, (subject to availability), but there is a £2 booking fee to pay. We find this deal works best for those that can move fast so be ready to go as booking opens.
Worth noting that tickets are limited & this deal works on a first-come-first-served basis. This year there will be 211,000 free LEGOLAND Windsor tickets up for grabs, (including 10, 703 tickets set within school holidays/bank holidays & 37,214 weekend tickets).
Plenty has asked but unfortunately you cannot change the date of your visit with any tickets allocated so worth planning ahead with this promotion.

Hi Kirsten, there are only limited free tickets to Legoland Windsor available with this offer, (211,000 tickets for the 2023 promotion) and works on a first-come-first-served basis. There are 10,703 free tickets available within school holidays/bank holidays & 37,214 weekend tickets. If your preferred date is not available, best being flexible with your dates to see if you can securefree tickets for another day. Hi Sue, Legoland Windsor have changed their admission charges this season and now only children below the height of 0.9 metre can gain free entry to the theme park. You cannot currently book online tickets for children under the height of 0.9m and so you simply collect your free ticket on the day. If your grandson is over 0.9m in height, then you will need to secure a child’s admission ticket for him. Your query has listed under our free tickets to Legoland Windsor with The Sun information – the terms and conditions of this offer do not distinguish between adults and children in this offer. Hi Rachel, within the terms and conditions of the sun free ticket offer to LEGOLAND Windsor, it states the for token collect/postal application– you must collect TEN differently numbered tokens by purchase of The Sun and The Sun on Sunday between Saturday, May 1 – Tuesday, May 18, 2021 complete the booking form found in paper on Saturday, May 1, 2021. For postal applications you must select THREE date bands in order of preference and submit your application via post. Applications that do not include THREE date band choices will not be processed. Applications that do not have THREE band choices written on the outer envelope will be processed last. If your completed application is successful, your tickets will be allocated for one specific date from a date band on a first come, first served basis and you will not be able to exchange your tickets or use them on any other day under any circumstance. Tickets will be allocated in phases.
Whilst the terms don’t specifically state whether your postal application requires a stamp, I would assume a stamp is needed, good luck, Liz

I can see on the superdays site that they state that ‘if applying via Sun Savers you will receive your tickets as e-tickets (e-tickets are tickets sent via email to the address specified when booking). E-tickets can be printed or shown at the attraction via your mobile phone. If applying by post you will receive physical paper tickets.’
In terms of receiving your tickets they also state ‘For Sun Savers applications your tickets will be available as soon as you have successfully chosen your date and booked. Your tickets will also be emailed to you within 48 hours. For postal applications, tickets will be dispatched within 28 days of receipt of your application. Please do not contact the park or attraction directly regarding ticket queries as they will be unable to help. Please email tickets@thesun.co.uk. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.’
Really disappointed this year collected all the tokens for x2 free tickets using the app. Unlocked on Monday for booking and there is no tickets available for the whole of July and August. No tickets available on any weekends. Have x2 very disappointed children 😪😪

I am so glad that some people got there tickets. It would be nice if the tickets had run out you could let us no that we were unsuccessful rather than keep us waiting and disappointing our grandchildren thank you very much.

Me and my mum misses the booking form. We have collected all the tokens. But don’t have the booking form. In the paper it said it was coming Thursday the 3rd. It wasn’t in there. So we was confused. As Saturday’s paper says it was in Friday the 4th paper. So we missed out because of miscommunication. Can you help please. As this was not our fault

I have recently received two free tickets for Legoland and I’m very unhappy…..my first date was in September and my last date was in June…….Guess what I get June tickets but I’ve tried to swap, had a look around and EVERYONE else has June tickets too!! Why do you ask for dates if you never adhere to the customers wishes?
