Gardeners’ World 2 for 1 Discount Card; The Details

Pick up a copy of the Gardeners’ World Magazine, (May edition), that includes a fantastic 2 for 1 discount card that is valid at 360 gardens around the UK & Ireland.  The May edition of Gardeners’ World Magazine will be in stores from 15 April 2021 but worth picking one up quickly as demand is fierce. Within the magazine, you’ll find a discount card & booklet with details of all the gardens covered under this offer.

The great news is that this 2 for 1 card includes entry to popular attractions such as Kew Gardens, Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh & a number of English Heritage/National Trust settings and is valid for 12 months, (some restrictions on use).

Due to current restrictions, public gardens may experience unforeseen restrictions and opening hours. To avoid disappointment you are advised to contact garden you wish to visit directly before visiting. Some gardens require you to pre-book your tickets before visiting the garden. If this applies to a garden you are planning to visit, please ensure you take your 2-for-1 Card with you to validate your booking.  Otherwise simply  present your Gardeners’ World 2 for 1 card at participating UK & Ireland gardens to pick up 1 free adult entry when accompanied by another full paying adult.

Whilst this discount card is directed at adult entry only, some attractions may accept a child/concessionary rates although you will need to check with each setting prior to your visit to avoid disappointment.  Good to know that a number of these gardens will also provide a 50% discount off adult individual tickets too.

I have just bought the may edition and I have booked a couple of days in Cornwall to go to Eden project but am bitterly disappointed this year that the Eden project is not one of the gardens we can go to I have just looked up price of tickets and it will cost £66 for my husband and I to get in which is nearly one weeks pension I am so disappointed your sincerely Sandra

    • Hi Sandra, thank you for your feedback regarding the 2 for 1 Gardeners’ World discount card. Topdogdays is independent of all visitor attractions, (we just let you know where all the deals are) so have no influence over which attractions are included within this promotion. It is a shame that Eden Project is not included within this offer this year as they have been included for a number of years previously. I understand that the Eden Project have had to made some changes to promotions due to restrictions currently in place and I hope we will see them back in future years. I note that a number of popular attractions this year are also not included such as Warwick Castle and National Trust’s Packwood House which I suspect is linked to the pandemic. The Eden Project is still accepting Tesco clubcard vouchers if that is of any use to you, (you need to book tickets in advance) but unfortunately many of their other promotions are not currently running. All the best, Liz

Hi Akiko, yes I have to agree it is a good deal. Unfortunately, it might prove difficult to find this edition of Gardeners’ World Magazine in the shops now:( However, you could always try to order a back copy.
