London Zoo has always been a popular attractions set in the heart of the city and now here’s a scheme that allows those on lower incomes to access the zoo.  We’re always searching for Cheap Tickets for London Zoo so this Community Access Scheme including Universal Credit Tickets is something to shout about.

Here’s a chance for low income families to pick up tickets for London Zoo from just £3pp.  These reduce price tickets are only available to purchase online in advance for those receiving any of the following;

  • Universal Credit
  • Working Tax Credit
  • Child Tax Credit
  • Employment & Support Allowance
  • Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance

You can book these discounted tickets for up to 6 people per household, (under 3’s go free).  Tickets are allocated flexibly, based on the number of overall visitors expected on any one day, so be flexible with your dates or check back closer to the day as London Zoo may release more tickets for sold out dates closer to the day.  Once you’ve booked tickets, you will need to provide documentation to support your application plus photographic ID.  Simply present proof of benefit letter, (including logging in your Universal Credit App on the day), at the gate.

Cheap Tickets for Low Income Households

London Zoo is running a popular community access scheme that offers discounted London Zoo tickets for low income households tickets.  The Community Access scheme is currently open to people living in Greater London & provides discounted tickets all of the following;

  • Low income families
  • Refugees
  • People with additional needs or disabilities
  • People over the age of 60 and at risk of isolation.

London Zoo now work with a wide range of local councils, charities & community groups who apply for tickets and distribute them to individuals and families they work with.  If you have a relationship with such an organisation, worth checking if they have partnered up with London Zoo.  If not, they can apply through the Community Access Scheme
