1. 2. Vouchers come with an array of  excluded dates to look out plus we’re also seeing some promotions moving away from excluded dates towards a minimum ticket allocation system.  If you are struggling to make a booking, then try to be flexible with your dates, particularly at peak busy times of the year.

3. It is stipulated that 2 for 1 vouchers should be redeemed in advance to guarantee entry. Seemingly there is a limited allocation of vouchers available for use on a given day so, particularly at peak times, it make sense to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

4. To redeem your voucher online, select the location of the SEA LIFE you are looking to visit.  Under standard tickets, you’ll see a tab titled ‘promo code’ that will take you through to where you can redeem your promotional voucher.

5. You’ll need to locate your unique code on your promotional item.  You’ll find instructions on your item of where this can be found – on some products this can be located on the underside/inside of the sleeve.

6. Most 2 for 1 vouchers will have a code printed on the voucher, often this can be found near the base of the voucher.  Many codes start with a letter followed by a small string of numbers/letters.  Simply type your promotional code into the box and follow the steps to book your tickets.

7. Remember to bring your original discount voucher as well as your pre-booked tickets with you on the day of your visit to present at the ticket booths.  Failure to provide the relevant voucher will void your ticket purchase.

8. Whilst you may want to take pot luck on the day rather than pre-booking, worth noting this is subject to both capacity and allocated promotional ticket limitations.  If you do wish to present on the day, simply take your voucher to admissions on the day of your visit.  Remember each voucher will only allow 1 free person per transaction so ensure you have enough vouchers for your party.

9. Remember that SEA LIFE 2 for 1 vouchers cannot be used for secondary attractions, (such as SEA LIFE’s located within Chessington World of Adventures or Alton Towers).
