Europe’s Largest Indoor Water Park Set to Open in Kent

£2bn Entertainment Resort for Kent?
A £2 billion entertainment project is set to be underway in Kent; an entertainment complex to rival Disneyland…as the hype would have us believe! Developers have already been granted a licence from film giant Paramount Pictures to use its name on a 900 acres former cement works in Kent.
This entertainment complex is looking to include;
- Europe’s largest indoor waterpark
- Coasters
- Cinemas
- Theatres
- Hotels
- Live music venues
The proposed brownfield site in Kent is just 17 minutes from London St Pancras & just 2 hours away from Paris and thus offering great transport links through to mainland Europe as well as the UK.
A similar Paramount entertainment park is due to open Spain in 2015. This resort will feature a Titanic Experience, (not a fan myself of using human tragedy for entertainment purposes), plus rides based on Mission Impossible, Star Trek and War of the Worlds.
The next step for the UK Paramount Park is to gain planning permission.
