Thorpe Park; Weather & Return Guarantee

Thorpe Park runs a Weather & Return Guarantee that offers you a free return visit should your parkwide ride availability be disrupted by more than an hour, (continuously) during your visit. This includes instances, such as adverse weather, that potentially impacts ride availability. Limited to selected dates at the park for those that purchase tickets online via Thorpe Park, your return visit must take place within the same theme park season. Previously this return offer has excluded Saturdays, Fright Nights dates and any other specified dates.

If you think you’re in line for a free return visit, worth retaining your original theme park ticket and checking online to see if your visit is eligible for a Return Guarantee.  If your date is among those eligible, simply pre-book another visit using the designated booking link. On the day, you’ll need to exchange the original physical ticket at the Ticket Centre, (outside the main entrance by the car park) including ‘all original ticket evidence’ to be verified.
