Hi, I visited in august with my family and ordered online during the free return visit offer. I know the offer was valid until 21st Oct 2022, but this was the day when kids broke up however with it being half term we were looking to come this Sun 30th Oct. Are we still able to use the free return offer or is it too late?
It would have been better to have the offer running for this week also as it’s difficult to arrange a free return whilst they are at school, only having a weekend off.

I got this email two days ago! However, I booked 9 tickets so is the free return applicable to all 9 of us or just me? Also, regarding ID, I didn’t present any first time round so how necessary is this?
Hi, for this free return visit offer, you needed to have booked your tickets in advance directly with Drayton Manor, (booked and visited during August). This offer is not valid with any other discounted/promotional/concessional offer. The terms state the lead person on the booking is required to present ID, (I imagine to tally with the original booking confirmation), Free return visits are only available on select dates in Sept/Oct, Liz

I booked tickets for tomorrow using kids pass qm I now not entitled to the free return ticket ??
It said about the free return ticket on my kids pass account as I booked but after I booked I expected a email about the return but I haven’t yet received anything
