Alton Towers are set to open a Rollercoaster Restaurant within the park for 2016!  Think Yo! Shushi but with your food arriving via a miniature rollercoaster track that includes 2 loop-the-loops.  With lunch & dinner options available this offers both a fun interlude between rides or a great end to the day for those staying locally.

From kitchen to its final destination at your table, your food will travel at speed along 400m of steel track including 2 loop-the-loops and an 8m spiral drop, so be careful what you order!

This themed restaurant will host 13 tables of diners at any one time and will be located within the park offering a lunch & dinner menu that will include burgers, steaks & risottos.  However it is the ultimate twister ice cream bowl that I’ve got my eye although it is going to be hard pressed to beat Nitrogenie at Alton Towers that offers ice-cream made from liquid nitrogen!
