Ironbridge Gorge Museums are offering local residents a chance to visit for free on Saturday 19 March in celebration of the 30th anniversary of achieving World Heritage status.  Shropshire & Telford residents will need to provide proof of residency,  such as a utility bill, to ensure complimentary entry.

Visitor attractions offering free entry include;

Blists Hill Victorian Town; go back in time complete with costumed characters and a range of activities to get involved in that works for all the family.

Enginuity; an interactive indoor science discovery centre that works well for children of all ages.

Tar Tunnel; don a hard hat & explore the treacle like tar that leeks through the walls of this tunnel.

Coalport China Museum, Jackfield Tile Museum, Darby Houses, Museum of Iron & the Museum of The Gorge are all offering free entry too for local residents.
