1. Discounted/FREE Associated Attractions

Always worth considering whether current memberships you hold offer discounted or even free entry at associated attractions for some easy savings such as;

English Heritage; a range of half price & discounted entry offers at associated attractions such as Warwick Castle & Churchill War Rooms.

Drayton Manor Annual Pass; each passholder can take advantage of a free pass to West Midlands Safari Park

National Art Pass; 50% off major exhibitions around the UK including the V&A, Scottish National Gallery & Tate Liverpool.

National Trust Memberships; look out for reciprocal visiting arrangements in place with National Trust for Scotland, Jersey, Isle of Man & further afield.

2. Gardeners’ World Magazine; 2 for 1 Discount Card

Keep An Eye Out For Donations

A number of visitor attractions automatically add in a small donation for UNLESS you opt out. Whilst these donations often goes towards good causes, such as vital conservation work, ultimately the choice is yours. Simply keep an eye out during the online process or ask for this donation to be omitted from your entrance ticket at the ticket kiosk.

Summer Passes

Look out for visitor attractions that offer unlimited entry during the school summer holidays. Whilst these summer passes cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offers, they can be worth the initial outlay if consideration is given to savings made on subsequent visits.

Combination Ticket Offers

Look out for combined ticket offers that can give you substantial savings throughout the season;

London Eye Attraction Passes; combine a trip on the London Eye with entrance to Madame Tussauds, London Dungeon or London Sea Life Aquarium for discounted entry.

Zoo Memberships

For those considering a zoo membership, it is worth considering reciprocal visiting arrangements in place with other zoos around the UK. Whilst stipulations this can vary, it can provide ‘free’ days out to other zoos around the country.

Take Advantage of Group Rates

For many visitor attractions, you do not need to be in an official group to pick up group rate prices but often you do need to book in advance. Do your research to check out minimum number requirements & club together with friends and family for a cheaper ticket prices.

Apply For A Blue Peter Badge

Worth encouraging your child to apply for a Blue Peter badge this summer as valid badge holders can take advantage of FREE entry to over 200 visitor attractions around the UK. Lockers & Picnics

Many visitor attractions welcome visitors with packed lunches & offers some easy savings on a day out. Worth checking out in advance of your visit whether lockers are available on-site where you can store your cool box. Some attractions also provide free water fountains too.
