London’s New Year’s Eve Ticketing For Firework Event
September 1st, 2020London’s New Year’s Eve fireworks have been cancelled for 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Now includes NEW Waterloo Bridge viewing area.
Ticketing is here to stay for annual New Year’s Eve London Fireworks with tickets priced at £10pp. Ticketing was first introduced last year following consultation with the emergency services and the Transport of London after visitor numbers rocketed to 500,000.
London NYE Fireworks; Waterloo Bridge Viewing Area
City Hall have just announced that Waterloo Bridge is now included as a viewing area for the London NYE Fireworks. Pink tickets, (Waterloo Bridge allocated tickets), will be available to purchase from November priced at £10pp.
If you have already purchased tickets for another viewing area & prefer Waterloo Bridge, you are advised to purchase new tickets in your preferred area first before returning your original tickets for a refund.

Tickets for this hugely popular event will again be priced at £10pp & limited to 4 per booking.

How Many Tickets Are Available for London’s NYE Firework Event?
Last year, 100,000 tickets were available for prime viewing areas that will run from Westminster to Waterloo Bridge. Anyone without a valid ticket will no longer be able to access these riverside areas.
When purchasing tickets, you can opt for either;
- Blue Area; Westminster Bridge to Embankment tube, (accessed from north side of the river).
- Red Area: Embankment tube to Temble tube station, (accessed from north side of the river).
- White Area; Provide access to Westminster Bridge, (accessed from south side of the river).
- Green Area; Provide access to behind the London Eye, (accessed from south side of the river).
- Pink Area; Provides access to Waterloo Bridge
When Will Tickets Go On Sale for London’s NYE Firework Event?
Whilst there was a limited early release of tickets in June, the full batch of tickets are to be released on 2 October at 12 noon.

What Does A Ticket For The London NYE’s Firework Eve Include?
A prime viewing area for the New Year’s Eve Fireworks Event.
There will be a pre-show with a DJ playing music up until midnight. Then as Big Ben strikes the dawn of the New Year, the fireworks begin followed by an informal rendition of Auld Lang Syne with those around you.
